Silent install
Add-AppxProvisionedPackage -Online -PackagePath ".\Elgato.WaveLink_3.3.0.4529_x64.msix" -SkipLicense- Download the installer from the direct download link.
- Open an elevated PowerShell: right-click PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
- Change to the folder with the installer, for example
cd C:\Temp. - Run the command above. Adjust the file name if you downloaded a different version.

About the MSIX package installer
MSIX apps are installed with PowerShell. Add-AppxProvisionedPackage provisions the app for every user who signs in; Add-AppxPackage installs it for the current user only.
